To help a client improve inventory control, sales and marketing efforts, Ariesoft developed a secure web site including shopping cart and real-time online payment options. To add value to its vision, Ariesoft implemented a wireless communication system between the client's front end and back office.

Data entry, inventory control and back-up now happen seamlessly. Time spent managing the inventory has been reduced to 10 percent of an employees time compared to the previous system which required a 50 percent time commitment.

Ariesoft was contacted by a $25M single location manufacturing company that needed a new accounting and manufacturing software system. This company had originally asked for a software quotation from one of the larger accounting/consulting organizations they were using for other projects. The consulting company came back with a recommendation to purchase a software package with licensing and hardware costs of over $400,000.

After performance of an ITNeeds Analysis, it was clear that the original software proposed to them would be overkill. We were able to provide the company with a viable alternative which cost under $100,000 for both software and hardware, saving the company over $300,000.  Twenty years later, we still call the manufacturing company a client.

Race Horse Veterinarians

Ariesoft replaced an older, slower, computer-based system for billing services performed on race horses, with a custom designed software system specific to Race Horse Veterinarians.  Not only did the new system improve accuracy, boost productivity and speed billing cycles, but it addressed the extremely complex task of automatically calculating the proper percentages when billing for stable supplies dispensed to a single trainer for multiple horses owned by multiple owners.

The ease-of-use, speed, and accuracy of the new system has allowed the Race Horse Veterinarians to cut their data entry staff by 67%.
